Letzte Änderung am 16-02-2010 durch Steppenhahn und 5000HM - gut als Vorbereitung für den UTMB:The Cro-Magnon Raid is an ultra-trail of approximately 103 km, 5200 m of positive and 6200 m of negative altitude. The course consists of interconnecting the cities of LIMONE Piemonte ( Italy), and CAP D’Ail-Côte d´Azur (France) by way of a series of long distance foot-paths (GR) through the southern Alps. This event is reserved for competitors who are in good physical condition and correctly trained for the event. | ||||||
