At present there are 70+ 100 miles-races in North America alone and this is the most popular ultradistance. The races are often held on challenging trails in spectacular nature. Now the turn has come to the Nordic Countries and for the very first time there is a 100 mile-race being held. You have the oppurtunity to create history and participate in Sweden's toughest race ever!

The second edition of gax 100 miles starts in Ystad at Österlen, on the plains in south eastern Scania, which may be the most beautiful part of Sweden. Österlen is rich in ancient monuments such as Ales Stenar and the Stenshuvud Nature Reserve - both are included in the gax 100 miles!

  • Christian (Startnummer 17 (wie 2008). - Diesmal in 30.58.56 h im Ziel in Ystad angekommen. Platz 21 von 32. Zusammen mit Christine Schroeder, womit wir beide die ersten deutschen Gax-100-Finisher überhaupt sind!)
